We will coordinate the scheduling of your vendor meetings, keep you on track with budget and planning, as well as crafting a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire planning process.

Wedding day management is for the couple who can handle planning their own wedding but want to enjoy the weeks leading up to their wedding stress free. We come in about sixty days prior to the big day to execute all the final details you have worked so hard to prepare. Don’t worry; we check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track. Management services include a meeting to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design or DIY elements, and bridal party/family details. This package will also include a venue walk-through meeting so we can see how we can make your vision a reality in the space. We will coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. We act as the primary point of contact with your vendor team on the wedding day so communication is solid and you can focus on enjoying your day.
